JTC awards tender for Kallang Way to CapitaLand, first industrial GLS site with adaptive reuse

JTC has awarded the tender for an industrial GLS (IGLS) site at Kallang Way to CL Savour Property, a subsidiary of CapitaLand Development, which put in the top bid price of $368.901 million.

The sale price is a 17% premium above the guide price of $70 million indicated by marketing agency Edmund Tie & Co. when the eight-storey building was launched for sale last month"
